- Performance management: Handle faculty and staff reward and punishment cases, performance assessment and other services.
- Salary and benefits: Handle faculty and staff salary, welfare, retirement, pension and other services.
- Faculty and staff leave management: Handle faculty and staff leave management and statistical matters.
- Training and further education for school staff: Handle training and further education matters for school staff.
- Personnel information: handle the issuance of personnel certification documents.
- Document processing: Responsible for the unit's general document processing and archiving work.
- General administration: Assist in handling general administrative tasks (such as office machine repair and maintenance, stationery purchase).
- Sending and receiving official documents: sending and receiving official documents and processing countersigned documents.
