  1. 個案輔導:以二、三級個案為主,三級轉介時為學校之個案管理者,每週以晤談六節課,每學期一百二十人次為原則。
  2. 個案研討:負責校內個案研討會之規劃及執行。
  3. 測驗與解釋:針對個案之需求實施心理測驗及解釋相關測驗之結果。
  4. 班級輔導:因應班級突發或危機事件並進行輔導。
  5. 親師諮詢:提供家長及教師輔導相關專業知能之諮詢服務。
  6. 小團體輔導:每學期至少帶領一團,每團以12節課為原則,並負責小團體輔導工作含規劃、執行、成果製作。
  7. 輔導活動:協助學校發展性輔導活動之推動,如心理衛生宣導等。
  8. 進修與督導:參加學生輔導諮商中心專業知能研習及督導,每年至少18小時以上。
  9. 輔導網絡資源的聯繫與運用。
  10. 協助學校輔導工作的執行及評鑑。
  11. 對於校園危機或緊急事件進行全校性的輔導。
  12. 學校得依教育部規範輔導教師之職掌功能,視實際狀況調整其內容。
