一、依據監察院國家人權委員會113年1月30日委台權教字第1134130103號函辦理。
二、旨揭身心障礙者合理調整適用於工作就業、教育學習、醫療健康、文化休閒、交通服務、金融消費等不同場域，請參酌。
三、該指引將適時滾動修正，可至該會網站（https://nhrc.cy.gov.tw/cp.aspx?n=9889）關注最新版本。
